This injection mold is designed for an air conditioner motor housing. Mold steels include 2344, S136, etc. Standard components are supplied by Punch. The mold base is in-house fabricated. It is a 1×1 single-cavity mold and fits a 360T injection molding machine. S136 steel delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and polished cosmetic performance, while 2344 offers excellent thermal fatigue resistance, well suited for the long-term stable production of electrical motor housing parts.
